The City just dropped its official event calendar, and it’s a banger. Here’s your cheat sheet to the big city-run events coming up:

May 17 | Spring into Summer
Kingston doesn’t ease into summer — we cannonball. Exact details? Still brewing. But expect music, food trucks, and at least one activity that involves getting sunburnt while pretending not to be cold.

June 21 | National Indigenous Peoples Day
A day to reflect, learn, and celebrate Indigenous cultures. Always powerful, always worth showing up for.

July 1 | Canada Day
You know the drill — red and white overload, music, waterfront fireworks, and your uncle in a ā€œKiss the Cookā€ apron.

July 25 | Rockin’ the Square
Kingston’s downtown turns into a concert pit. Free tunes, patio beers, and a whole lot of shoulder shimmies.

Want in? The city’s still looking for vendors and volunteers. Hit up [email protected] if you want a front-row role.
